Corporate Policy

The client is responsible for reviewing the information on the transportation booking confirmation. Any discrepancies should be reported to the Limousine A1 team as soon as possible. We are committed to arriving at the designated pick-up location on the date and time agreed upon in our communications and confirmed by our team via email. It is possible that for last-minute reasons, we must change the type of vehicle specified in your reservation. Please note that in such cases, vehicles are replaced by a similar make or one more luxurious than the one previously selected.
We cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, accidents, etc.

Grace Period
We allow a 30-minute waiting period at a passenger’s pick-up location without charging any additional fees. After this period, the waiting time will be charged, per hour, at the regular rate for the type of vehicle selected. You can reach us 24/7 at +1 (418) 523-5059, to notify us of any delays or schedule changes. To avoid additional charges, please note that we must be notified of a delay or change in schedule at least one hour before the pick-up time specified on your reservation. If you cannot find your driver at the pick-up location, please do not leave until you contact us. Otherwise, no-show charges might be applied.

Cancellation Policy
For any transportation with a departure in Quebec City, the client must notify Limousine A1 12 hours prior for a schedule change or for cancellation  a minimum of 24 hours for low season and a minimum of 14 days before the required service for no charge 13 to 8 days 50% and 7 days and less 100% charge. This is valid for the following vehicles: sedan cars, SUVs, minivans, executive limo-vans, sprinters and stretch limousines.
For any transportation with a departure in Quebec City using our specialty vehicles (adapted transportation, motor coaches, minivans, cargo vans or buses), the client must notify Limousine A1 a minimum of  14 days before the required service at all time.
Should we be notified after this period, the full cost of the service will be charged.
Please note that an email confirmation will follow any transportation cancellation or modification. If you do not receive an email confirmation with the updated information, please contact us to ensure we have indeed received your request.

Damage and Smoking
Smoking or vaping in a Limousine A1 vehicle is prohibited. Limousine A1 will charge a $500.00 fine for smoking in one of our cars. Additional charges will apply to any damage made to the vehicle(s).

Lost Items 
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle after the completion of service. All shipping costs incurred will be charged to the client.
